A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT AND CEO

Dear Valued Policyholders,

The country on March 16, 2020 was placed under a state of calamity, through Presidential Proclamation No. 929, because of the health crisis brought about by the COVID-19 outbreak. We at Prudential Guarantee and Assurance, Inc. send our thoughts and prayers to those who have been infected, and we wish them a swift recovery.

As many of you are aware, not only has this pandemic affected international and local public health and safety, but it has also immensely disrupted the operations of many enterprises, be they large or small. In line with this, we are promptly assessing every development, and we assure you that we are working very hard to manage our time and resources to address the requirements of clients caught in the middle of this health crisis. Also, we continue to support our employees and agents, as well as the communities we serve, during these challenging times.

Work continues for us, and we immediately follow any mandate from the government and health officials. While we have suspended our Luzon operations, we have successfully transitioned to alternative work arrangements for all employees so that we can continue to serve clients as efficiently as we can. Our operations in Visayas and Mindanao will remain open with shorter business hours in accordance with local government guidelines.

Should the government decide to implement stricter community quarantine measures in these areas, we are more than ready to maintain operations and have pre-established plans in place.

Alternative communication channels have been assigned for your convenience and peace of mind.  Kindly log on to www.prudentialguarantee.com for detailed information.

We remain grateful for your continuous patience and understanding for any service delay that you may have encountered, or will encounter.

Together, we can overcome this crisis.
