Aviation Insurance Claim

GUIDELINES

Serve a written notice detailing the amount of claim and attach supporting documents/communications, OR:

  1. Submit notice of claim with details of the amount and cause of damage or reason of claim with supporting  documents.
  2. Company advises the Insured giving it 5 days to respond.
  3. Claimant is advised of the position, i.e.:
  • Request for additional documents
  • Honor or reject claim
  • Call for conference, etc.
