Serve a written notice detailing the amount of claim and attach supporting documents/communications or

  1. Submit notice of claim with details of the amount and cause of damage or reason of claim with supporting documents.
  2. Company advises Insured giving it 5 days to respond
  3. Claimant is advised of the position i.e.

               •  request for additional documents
               •  honor or reject claim
               •  call for conference, etc.
