1. When does the coverage starts and expires?
Coverage starts on the day of your departure, starting from the commutation from your residence to the airport and ends upon arrival to the airport of final destination, as indicated in the application form and policy schedule.
2. If I get hospitalized due illness can the policy cover my medical expenses?
No. Policy will reimbursed hospitalization due to accidental injuries and not for any disease/illness.
3. What is medical evacuation and repatriation?
Medical evacuation benefit will provide financial assistance to cover cost of an air ambulance. If you are so badly injured and cannot board a regular passenger commercial flight on your way home or to other medical facility. While repatriation benefit will cover cost of the transportation of mortal remains of an insured to his home country up to the limit of the policy.
4. What happens if my luggage was delayed/misplaced by my airline carrier?
If delay is more than 12 hrs and it is necessary for you to purchase necessary clothing and/or toiletries, PGA will reimburse such expenses up to the limit of the program.
5. What does flight delay covers?
The program will reimburse meal expenses after flight delay of more than 12 hrs.
6. Will you cover lost baggage if it was accidentally left or stolen?
Baggage lost while aboard common carriers (plane, train, taxis, cruises) will be covered up to Ps50,000 per incident and Ps7,000 limit per item.
7. What is the age limit?
To qualify to the program, traveler should be less than 70 years old.
