Free Vehicle Retrieval Service
In the event of an accident involving the unit, in case the vehicle fell in a deep ravine, bridge, gutter, etc., we will provide vehicle retrieval on top of free towing services.
Free Vehicle Breakdown Service
In the event of breakdown involving the insured vehicle, we will provide for the client minor on-site repairs such as changing of tires, battery boosting, jumpstart, car lockout, fuel delivery (cost of fuel not included).
Free Towing Service
In the event of breakdown or accident involving the insured vehicle, Prudential Guarantee and Assurance, Inc. will provide towing services to transport the insured vehicle to the nearest repair facility.
Free Alternative Transport to Destination
In the event of breakdown or accident involving the insured vehicle outside Metro Manila, where immediate repair is not feasible, we will provide an appropriate vehicle to bring the client to the desired destination.
Free Alternative Overnight Accommodation
In the event of breakdown or accident involving the assured vehicle, outside Metro Manila, where immediate repair is not feasible, or alternative transports not immediately available, we will provide for the client an appropriate hotel overnight accommodation, standard form.
Free Ambulance Service
When needed in an accident involving the insured vehicle, we will provide for the immediate dispatch of an ambulance to take the victim to a medical facility.
Free Emergency Message Relay Service
On client’s request, we will convey urgent messages concerning the vehicle breakdown or accident.
