Top nonlife insurer Prudential Guarantee highlights its Travel Shield insurance package at the PTAA Travel TravelTour Expo happening on February 2 to 4 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
Travel Shield is a comprehensive package that includes coverage for medical necessary expenses; emergency medical evacuation and repatriation; personal accident; trip cancellation or curtailment; flight delay; and loss, damage, or delay of baggage and personal effects.
Travel Shield also covers unexpected medical eventualities and other incidental expenses that may be encountered due to an accident or covered sickness during trips to various parts of the world.
Recently, Travel Shield was granted renewal of its Schengen accreditation, automatically making it an accepted insurance provider in 27 Schengen member countries. Traveling in Europe becomes more assuring as Travel Shield will cover medical and repatriation expenses up to 30,000 euros.
Travel Shield can cover up to a maximum of 365 days per trip. Annual multi-trip plans are also available for frequent travelers.
